Diaoshuilou waterfall is generally 40 m. breath wide, 12m. falling difference, the max. breath is about 300 m. wide in raining season and flood season, the water flowing amount is 4000 m3/s （Picture 35）, which is known as six famous waterfall of Chain in the line of Huangguoshu waterfall in Guizhou province, yellow river Hukou waterfall, Nuorilong waterfall in Jiuzegou, Wenlong waterfall in Taiwan province, Sandiequan waterfall in Lusan scenery eara。

When summer flood comes, the flooding water of the flowing Jingpo lake drops into the deep pool from the three side of the high cliffs with woods of the forestry , just like upside mild river is falling, like many white horse galloping with serious situation, the sound as thunder storm transferring to thousands of meters, making you feel stocking. The wayside pavilion, balcony built beside the bank before are immerged in the surging waterfall, showing above and disappearing timely. The water spray punched and splashed from the cliffs looks like broken jade and pearl flashing brightness, falling down all the time; dropped down into lake and rolling out white water spray as floating clouds and dragon jumping and dancing. The wide screen of the waterfall, just like emerald hanging over the cliff, the water curtain separated by the water woods likes rolling over pearl curtain. Many blocks of the water fog, floating all over, in the sunshine day, you can watch water fog among fog between smog and clouds, colorful rainbow emerged constantly, feel like fairy environment.In the deep winter, the land of northern country covers with white snow, Jingpo lake is freezing with a layer of thick ice, sun shining on the surface of the lake, just like a reflected mirror, flashed with dazzling light. Though the surface is fixed with iced, but there is till water below flowing, converged. Approaching the deep lake which is still being rolled over just like white long silk sheet, hanging from top of the cliff, .forming an scenery of Diaoshuilou waterfall of winter season. With the temperature decreasing and gradually reducing water, the flowing and dropping waterfall begin to ice, forming brightness, jade like ice curtain.（Picture 38）

At the initial time forming ice curtain, behide the ice curtain there is still fine streams flowing quietly. The water in the deep pool would never ice during the whole winter season, keeping constant flowing amount. While for the water flowing beneath the Jingpo lake, a distance of kilometers, how to flow here from the stone crevice which is needed to be research for the geographic workers to do further reconnaissance. Only Yellow river Hukou and Jingpo lake Diaoshuilou waterfall can be viewed for its’ spectacular sceneray of the ice waterfall.
